RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Manage scheduling: Leverage AI-powered technology to effectively schedule security officers, meeting client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime</li>
<li>Lead and Develop Security Teams: Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations</li>
<li>Enhance Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property</li>
<li>Handle Security Incidents and Emergencies: Respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams</li>
<li>Direct Compliance and Security Operational Excellence: Oversee training, safety, and site operational standards as well as managing inventory (uniforms, equipment, and other essential supplies)</li>

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment</li>
<li>Valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle while conducting business</li>
<li>Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships</li>
<li>Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination</li>
<li>Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts in an efficient manner</li>
<li>Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence</li>
<li>Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing turnover costs; planning and organizing skills to control costs related to inventory (uniforms, equipment, etc.)</li>
</ul>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
<ul>
<li>College degree in Business Administration or a law enforcement-related field</li>
<li>Law enforcement, military, and/or contract or proprietary security services, or facility management experience</li>
<li>American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), International Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification</li>
<li>Previous payroll, billing, or scheduling experience</li>
<li>Aptitude with security systems: CCTV, access control, and badge administration</li>
<li>Graduate of certified public safety academy (e.g., Law Enforcement, Firefighter/Paramedic, Corrections Officer)</li>
</ul>
