<li>Be familiar with KGPCo safety and quality programs and manage OSP construction projects according to applicable safety requirements. </li>
<li>Monitor projects to be sure site safety inspections are conducted and ensure safety and quality guidelines are followed by employees and vendors.</li>

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and/or QUALIFICATIONS

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a&nbsp;Construction Supervisor&nbsp;with strong carpentry skills to manage our site work, home delivery, and finishing. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who is excited to work with both traditional building methods and our innovative modular construction process.

<li>Must have an active Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License (CSL) in Massachusetts.</li>
<li>Multifamily residential experience is preferred, but extensive ground-up residential home construction will be considered.</li>

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Subcontractor Management:&nbsp;You will be the primary point of contact on the jobsite, responsible for all subcontractors from the first shovel to the client move-in. This includes coordinating surveys, excavation, site utilities, foundation, cranes, rigging, carpentry, and final finishes.</li>
<li>Employee Management &amp; Training:&nbsp;Lead and train our company carpenters, providing daily work lists and guidance to ensure quality and productivity.</li>
<li>Jobsite Safety:&nbsp;You are the designated Jobsite Safety Officer, responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel and visitors.</li>
<li>Project Coordination &amp; Communication:&nbsp;Maintain clear and helpful communication with all stakeholders, including clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and neighbors.</li>
<li>Daily Documentation:&nbsp;Maintain a detailed daily log with photos and notes to ensure clear communication and a complete project record.</li>
<li>Scheduling &amp; Planning:&nbsp;Partner with the Project Manager to maintain a four-week lookahead schedule for materials, labor, and logistics.</li>
<li>Quality Control:&nbsp;With the support of our entire team, you will be responsible for delivering a finished, high-quality product to the customer.</li>
<li>Risk Management &amp; Project Closeout:&nbsp;Identify potential project risks and support closeout activities, including punch lists and warranty documentation.</li>
<li>Licensing &amp; Inspections:&nbsp;As the license holder, you will be asked to apply for permits and coordinate, prepare for, and manage all site inspections with municipalities.</li>

Qualifications

<li>5+ years of experience in ground-up residential construction.</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of building means and methods.</li>
<li>Proficiency in computers/tablets using construction apps like Procore or Buildertrend.</li>
<li>Active MA Unrestricted CSL.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple trades working at once.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate effectively with our in-house design and factory teams.</li>
<li>Physically able to lift 50 lbs.</li>
