JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for reporting to and assisting the Construction Manager in performing professional construction administration work in the design, review, and management of assigned capital improvement construction projects. Establishment of effective daily communication and a mutually productive working relationship between other Departments and contractors is essential. The Site Construction Supervisor is responsible for supervising all activities of site construction and Preconstruction on Single Family neighborhoods and Multi-Family Apartment developments. <li>Act as the liaison between the builder and Development team.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Manage and report on project status utilizing internal management/financial schedules and tools.&nbsp;</li>

ADB is seeking an operations Supervisor to directly oversee utility construction projects, including internal and external crew management, in adherence to quality, safety, and production standards and expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of utility construction practices, people management skills, is quality and safety aligned with a strong work ethic and an ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Provides field level management and oversite of work performed by internal construction team members and external sub-contractor teams including production, safety and quality</li>
<li>Oversees direct labor field crews including time, attendance, performance, production, quality, and safety</li>
<li>Ensures job site readiness including permits and locates are ready and verified prior to crew work scheduling and distribution</li>
<li>Oversees all project materials, tools, and equipment including utilization plans, assignment, and management</li>
<li>Ensures daily production goals are communicated, verified and met by field crews</li>
<li>Basic understand of project financials, can identify profit and loss impacts and discuss solutions with Project Management proactively</li>
<li>Processes, reviews, and approves subcontractor and vendor payments and invoices</li>
<li>Provides required data on project production and status for timely customer invoicing and collection</li>
<li>Upholds ADB’s safety culture onsite, leads by example and drives the philosophy of ZERO throughout all project sites</li>
<li>Is a subject matter expert in quality control to ensure projects are performed in adherence to project plans and drive change, improvements, and escalated corrections when issues are found</li>
<li>Communicates with internal and external leadership daily, escalating out of compliance work, safety, production or quality control concerns</li>
<li>Creates and provides detailed reports, documents, drawings, and photos that include; material verifications, quality control and production results via electronic systems, trackers, and databases</li>

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

<li>3+ years of utility construction experience with a strong technical knowledge of wireline installations within the telecommunications industry required</li>
<li>2+ years of field leadership experience operating a Foreman or higher level required</li>
<li>Valid Driver License with the ability to drive a company vehicle required</li>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li>
</ul>
The starting salary for this position is $70,000 and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
