Job Summary
 Summary: Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handles food according to HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations. Interacts with customers and other employees in a friendly, courteous manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Prepare and serve beverages, ranging from simple to elaborate drinks.</li>
<li>Greet and connect with each customer</li>
<li>Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products</li>
<li>Solicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion</li>
<li>Manage cash drawer, following established cash handling procedures</li>
<li>Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines</li>

<li>Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, and supplies</li>
