You will assist Individuals with their personal needs (e.g., hygiene matters like baths/showers, changing clothes/adult briefs, teeth brushing, medication reminders, etc.) and with social needs (e.g., prepare meals, clean, and engage with them through exercise/movement, games and/or transporting them in your, or company, vehicle to community activities, etc.).</li>
<li>You will also keep accurate progress notes and proactively communicate information with your team about the Individuals’ needs – taking care of them like you would with your own family.</li>
</ul>

<li>You will participate in all required training, team, and company meetings to build your knowledge, skills, and abilities to grow in the family. We like to promote from within our own house!</li>

Responsibilities
Elwyn is currently seeking a Mental Health Professional to support our wonderful new Young Adult RTF (Residential Treatment) program, set to launch in March 2025.
 The Mental Health Professional will develop, implement, and document individual progress for individuals with behavioral health and forensic issues who are residents of Elwyn's Young Adult Residential Treatment Facility (YA-RTF). Provides supervision and programmatic decision-making. Completes mental status exams utilizing current knowledge of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, version IV (DSM-IV). Provides supportive counseling and acts as an advocate to represent the individual's needs and rights with all outside support service agencies, families, etc. Assists and supports individuals in all activities of daily living. Designs and facilitates therapeutic groups. Plans and implements community integration plans.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Develop and implement individual programs for individuals with behavioral health challenges and provide other individualized case management functions as directed by supervisor or director </li>
<li>Provide supervision and program implementation </li>

The Role: The Service Coordinator is a member of the Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) team. The service coordinator provides community-based support and coordination with other services to individuals enrolled in the program and acts as a member of an interdisciplinary team with a combined caseload. Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Child &amp; Adolescent Psychiatrist to fill an opening in the KernBHRS department that provides specialty behavioral health services to Medi-Cal recipients and uninsured, located in Kern County, CA.
 
Requirements of the Child &amp; Adolescent Psychiatrist:

<li>American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) certified </li>
<li>Must be DEA Certified</li>

Schedule of the Child &amp; Adolescent Psychiatrist:

<li>Shift: 8-hour day, with afternoon slots prioritized for school collaboration.</li>

Job Description:
The Child &amp; Adolescent Psychiatrists deliver trauma-informed care to minors with developmental disorders, mood dysregulation, and school-related behavioral challenges. This role involves forensic evaluations for dependency cases and collaboration with Kern County schools and juvenile justice systems.
Job Responsibilities of the Child &amp; Adolescent Psychiatrist:
<ul>
<li>Conduct ADHD diagnostic evaluations using Vanderbilt scales and implement school-based 504/IEP accommodations.</li>
<li>Manage psychopharmacology for autism spectrum disorders (ASD), including FDA-approved medications for irritability (e.g., aripiprazole) while coordinating with ABA therapists. </li>
<li>Perform court-ordered evaluations for child welfare cases, including assessments of parental competency and trauma-related dissociative symptoms. </li>
<li>Supervise Child Psychiatry Fellows in crisis intervention techniques for suicidal ideation and self-harm behaviors.</li>
