Pay Rate: $33.70-$45.52/hour (+ shift differential)

Full-time and Part-time positions available

SIGN-ON BONUS up to $30k!!

(paid in 3, $10k installments - 6-month, 18-month and 30-month)

Shift Differentials:

• Evenings (3 PM - 11 PM): +$3.60/hr
• Nights (11 PM - 7 AM): +$4.00/hr
• Weekends: +$5.50/hr
• Holidays: +$11.00/hr

About the Unit

• Level III Trauma Center with 53 beds
• High-volume care for patients across the lifespan
• Collaborative care model led by a robust interprofessional Practice Council, including bedside staff

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred
• Active Indiana RN license or Compact RN license
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Additional advanced certifications encouraged
