<li>Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with precision and efficiency</li>
<li>Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.</li>

Cost &amp; Inventory Accounting
<ul>
<li>Drive cost accounting processes, including sophisticated standard costing, in-depth variance analysis, and strategic overhead allocation</li>
<li>Oversee inventory account management, guaranteeing accuracy in valuation and reporting through advanced reconciliation techniques</li>
<li>Conduct regular costing updates to inform pricing strategies and enhance profitability assessments</li>

General Accounting &amp; Process Improvement

<li>Manage general ledger accounts, journal entries, and account reconciliations</li>
<li>Provide high-level support for accounts receivable and payable functions as needed</li>

Financial Analysis &amp; Budgeting

<li>Assist in developing and monitoring annual budgets and forecasts</li>
<li>Deliver actionable financial insights and data-driven recommendations to support strategic business decisions</li>
<li>Conduct comprehensive analyses of manufacturing costs and variances to uncover opportunities for operational improvement</li>
</ul>
Skills &amp; Qualifications

<li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting</li>
<li>3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Expert knowledge of cost accounting principles, GAAP, and financial reporting standards</li>
<li>Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle experience strongly preferred) and advanced Excel skills</li>
<li>Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li>
