<li>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Attention to detail is a must</li>

Manage an Accounting Department of 3 Supporting Employees
Responsiblities:

<li>Accountable For: Send Cash Balance Report to CEO Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations a. Bank and CC b. Prepaid c. Accrued d. Sales Tax e. Inventory Manage specific accounting functions and oversee and maintain accountability for AP Clerk and AR Clerk (e.g., accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger) Preparing schedules and reports - daily and weekly cash management for inclusion in the Weekly CEO report a. AR Aging Status with Notes (Weekly). Write off as needed. b Campaign Inventory Status (Bi Weekly) Training and supervising accounting staff</li>
