General Summary Responsible for overall control of safety and health for all plant aspects including, but not limited to, OSHA and state related safety compliance, team member health and wellness, and workers' compensation. Coordinates the planning, organizing, scheduling and implementation of safety policies, programs, and procedures within plant including a safety audit/inspection system. Monitors site condition, practices, and procedures for compliance with health and safety requirements. Selects and implements corrective action and follow-up to ensure proper action has been taken.
