We are looking for enthusiastic Merchandisers to work in big box retail stores, handling live plants shipped on delivery racks. Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Stock and display fresh plant material in garden centers.</li>
<li>Unload plants from delivery racks and set up displays.</li>
<li>Maintain a sales-ready appearance for all plants and displays.</li>
<li>Cull and dispose of non-sellable plants.</li>
<li>Perform inventory cycle counts and adjustments.</li>
<li>Assist with resets, building displays, and special events.</li>
<li>Keep work areas clean and safe.</li>
<li>Use tools such as pallet jacks, pruners, ladders, and more.</li>
<li>Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.</li>
<li>Work and communicate cooperatively with coworkers, vendors and retail associates.</li>
<li>Report to work on time and follow the given schedule.</li>

This position is responsible for merchandising at customer sites across the Houston metroplex.
 
Responsibilities:

<li>Effectively merchandise product within the store according to pre-determined sets</li>
<li>Responsible for all aspects of product merchandising within assigned stores</li>
<li>Interacts in a professional manner with store employees, store management and customers while in the store</li>
<li>Building relationships with the warehouse team, receivers, buyers, and customers</li>
<li>Driving a box truck when needed</li>
<li>Ensures the right products and quantities are delivered to stores on time and placed on the right shelves, with the correct pricing.</li>

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper&nbsp;brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.
About the Role
<ul>
<li>Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying our products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.</li>
<li>They will report directly to their assigned stores for their scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.</li>
<li>Merchandisers are required to use their personal vehicle to travel among stores in their territory; however, they are not responsible for transporting our products. Our products will be delivered in advance to the stores.</li>
<li>A company-issued phone will be provided with a programed app to clock in and out for scheduled shifts and to track mileage for reimbursement.</li>
