Facilitate improvement in overall quality, completeness and accuracy of medical record documentation.

<li>Complete admission reviews and assign a working Diagnosis Related Group. Ensure the working DRG and other information are entered in the Clinical Documentation Improvement database. </li>
<li>Initiate and maintain extensive interactions with physicians and mid-level providers to address the need for more detailed information in the medical record. </li>
<li>Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the severity of illness and level of services provided are accurately reflected in the medical record and to resolve physician queries and documentation issues prior to patient's discharge. </li>

Job Description
As an Enterprise Solutions Architect Team member you will be asked to work with a variety of accounts where you must lead very skilled engineering staff of our customers. You may also get involved in diving in to help isolate major performance issues and/or provide solutions in mitigating performance problems within large environments. You will work with our product engineering teams to ensure any functional gaps and opportunities for improvement are clearly articulated and managed between our accounts and our engineering team. Our team members regularly get involved in hands-on solutioning both for our own purposes of working smarter not harder or to assist in the implementation of deployments or solutions at the customer. Our joint team of highly experienced ESAs are periodically found solutioning in C#, Java, SQL, NodeJS, JavaScript, Ansible, Puppet, Terraform and many more.
