The Quality Control Inspector II will be able to perform simple process audits by following the QMS processes and internal audit forms. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and assessing materials and parts for wind turbines, as well as other industries. All materials and finished products will be expected to conform to all applicable laws and company standards. The Quality Control Inspector II will inspect materials and parts before, after, and during the production process to ensure their efficiency. The Quality Control Inspector II will report to the Quality and EHS/Safety Manager.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Perform complex measurements using precision inspection tools.</li>
<li>Perform final visual inspection on outgoing product.</li>
<li>Validate part markings and placards to the traveler.</li>
<li>Document outgoing product with pictures.</li>
<li>Upload pictures to the shared storage site.</li>
<li>Perform kit inspections per kit travelers and checklists to ensure all parts are accounted for.</li>
<li>Review the travelers and documents to ensure all operations have been completed and signed.</li>
<li>Validate fabrication of subcomponents and welded assemblies to design data.</li>
<li>Inspect welds using Visual Testing or Magnetic Particle Testing.</li>
<li>Provide feedback and inspection data for necessary revisions of machine programs.</li>
<li>Perform and document First Article Inspections (FAI) or First Part Qualifications (FPQ).</li>
<li>Suggest dispositions on nonconforming product.</li>
<li>Perform validation of inspection tool calibration and maintain calibration database.</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent, Associates or Bachelor’s preferred</li>
<li>3-5 Years of relevant job experience</li>
<li>Must have proficient analytical skills, a strong attention to detail, and be able to verify processes</li>
<li>Must be able to lift 40 lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to work in variable temperatures</li>
<li>Must be able to stand, squat, climb. and kneel for long periods of time</li>
<li>Overhead crane and forklift experience is a plus</li>
<li>Must have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Strong desire for continued growth and learning</li>
<li>Strong communication skills both verbal and written, and fluent in both in English</li>
<li>Able to work overtime as needed</li>

Job Summary: We are looking to hire a Service Coordinator to join our growing Melville, Long Island team. The Service Coordinator will manage and oversee the process involved in assisting families enrolled in the Early Intervention Program (ages birth to 3). The Service Coordinator combines the traditional case management activities of organizing and coordinating needed services with the philosophy of family-centered care. Building and strengthening relationships is of the utmost importance while adhering to the timelines and procedures set forth by the counties and NYS guidelines. 
Responsibilities:

<li>Oversight and management of an Early Intervention caseload of 35 cases and 50 units weekly minimum.</li>
<li>Service Coordinators are paid per $11 per unit and units are time based </li>
<li>Timely follow-up on cases upon assignment.</li>
<li>Monitor ongoing services and therapist performance for a number of children including Special Education, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Autism Services.</li>
<li>Assisting families in identifying available evaluation or service providers.</li>
<li>Work independently and meet the timeliness of all paperwork submissions and implementation of NYS and NYC Regulations and Policy.</li>
<li>Educating families about advocacy services.</li>
<li>Coordinating services with medical and health care providers.</li>
<li>Facilitating the development of a transition plan to the preschool and other services when appropriate.</li>
<li>Navigates through web-based portals and customized database independently with minimal supervision, by updating and uploading necessary information and documents for every child.</li>
<li>Conducts field work with the families as needed such as home visits, office meetings at regional or public location upon family request.</li>
<li>Documents and submits all activity on a daily basis with accurate information and meets the unit requirement.</li>
