About the Role:
The Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our independent jewelry sales division by effectively managing and nurturing client relationships. This position is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and converting leads into loyal customers through consultative selling techniques. The representative will work closely with established accounts to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. The successful candidate must be comfortable handling in-bound customer calls, making outbound phone calls, traveling to multiple trade shows throughout the year, qualifying prospects and closing sales while contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:

<li>Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls and emails.</li>
<li>Engage with potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and present suitable products.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Prior sales/customer service fine jewelry experience preferred</li>
<li>Must have a car and be willing to work 5-days onsite</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to travel to trade shows, multiple times per year over weekends</li>
<li>Proven experience in making outbound phone calls</li>
<li>At least 2 years working knowledge of Microsoft Excel &amp; Outlook &amp; SAP system experience a plus</li>
