We are seeking a Facilities Manager - for Hotels. You will help plan and facilitate all maintenance for multiple properties
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee and coordinate all preventative maintenance and repairs for properties</li>
<li>Attract and educate hotel staff and maintenance personnel</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve complaints and resolve in a urgent manner</li>
<li>Update and improve properties to increase return on investment</li>
<li>Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Supervise and train property staff and maintenance crew to resolve and address issues</li>
<li>Enforce property and hotel brand rules and regulations</li>
<li>Maintain and oversee property repairs (HVAC, Finishes, MEP Systems, Pools, etc.)</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in property management or other related fields</li>
<li>Familiarity with subcontractor, contracts and vendor agreements</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with hotel staff and management</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize issues as they present themselves</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computers</li>
<li>Experience in training hotel staff , however address problems and repairs themselves when required</li>
<li>Clean Driving Record ( Ability to operate company vehicle)</li>

Minimum Requirements:

<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
