Role Responsibilities:
Provide executive support to the Vice President and General Counsel and the Associate General Counsel on matters relating to the chief obligations and mandates of the Office of Legal Counsel.&nbsp;Such duties include:&nbsp;

Executive Legal Administrator

The Director of Experiential Learning develops, leads and manages the Freeman School’s efforts to expand high-impact experiential learning opportunities that enhance the student experience and increase the career readiness of Freeman’s undergraduate and graduate business students. Assistant or Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship

Position Summary
The Office of the General Counsel (OGC) currently consists of 16 attorneys working collaboratively to provide a full range of legal services to Columbia University.&nbsp; OGC is seeking an attorney with corporate and/or transactional experience to work on a range matters of including:&nbsp; business matters, contract review, litigation, labor and employment, copyright, property acquisitions, student and faculty issues, and tax, among others. Although the role will be generalist in nature, it will focus on contracts/transactional matters at the outset and may be adjusted based on the experience/skills of the successful candidate and needs of the organization. Vice President of Administration and Finance

Walsh University&nbsp;is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and passionate individual who is enthusiastic about the environment found on a private, values based, Catholic liberal arts campus for the position of&nbsp;Dean of the School of Arts, Sciences and Education (SASE). This Dean will provide strategic leadership to achieve the University and SASE’s strategic goals. This role will enhance the School’s academic reputation, provide an outstanding student experience, and ensure an affirming environment for faculty and staff development. The SASE Dean reports directly to the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) and represents SASE in all academic and other pertinent matters. The primary role of the Dean is to serve as the leader of the School of Arts, Sciences and Education aligned with the Walsh University mission and strategic goals.
As a member of the VPAA leadership team providing university-wide leadership, the Dean of SASE works effectively within a shared governance model with other University leaders, including the other school Deans, faculty, staff, and members of the President’s cabinet. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Dean of the School of Arts, Sciences, and Education is responsible for the following:

Purpose: The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Santa Clara University is seeking a tenure-track assistant professor beginning fall 2024. Santa Clara University is a highly ranked Jesuit, Catholic university with an ACS-approved undergraduate program and is located in the Silicon Valley. Responsibilities Tenure track faculty at SCU are teaching scholars who are expected to balance teaching, research and service. This is an in-person position. More specifically, duties include but are not limited to:
TEACHING 1. Teach lower- and upper-division courses in the major and university core curriculum, as assigned by the chair and subdisciplinary expertise. &nbsp;SCU is on the quarter system and a typical load is two courses per quarter. Teaching responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: a. Conducting and appearing at all assigned class meetings in a timely and prepared manner that demonstrates a command of the discipline and skill in presenting it effectively. b. Assigning and evaluating written work, projects, and exams that align with course or core learning objectives and providing timely feedback to students. c. Holding weekly office hours at times reasonably convenient to students. d. Administering numerical and narrative evaluations in each section for all courses.
 2. Develop and teach courses that contribute to curriculum development in the relevant degree program and/or the university core. &nbsp;Faculty teaching university core courses should follow an approved syllabus or work with the chair to design an appropriate syllabus for submission for approval from the relevant Faculty Core Curriculum Committee.
 3. Participate in assessment of student learning for courses in the department.
