About the position
Goodwin Home Health is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Nurse Manager that is able to work afterhours and weekend availability as needed for clinician support and is responsible for leading and supporting the nursing team to include RNs, LPNs, HHAs. The Clinical Nurse Manager will supervise the RNs, as well as support the case management of patients receiving skilled nursing care. This position will support the Compliance Officer by assisting with reviewing clinical information to assure all OASIS documentation is reviewed, accurate, and appropriate per CMS/ACHC guidelines and for billing purposes. Job Duties

<li>Performs/completes OASIS documentation</li>
<li>Performs a detailed assessment resulting in the development of a patient specific Plan of Care. Client clinical record documentation is done per agency policy</li>

<li>One year experience as an RN required. Two (2) or more years’ experience preferred. </li>
<li>Prior supervisory experience preferred. </li>
<li>Wound care certification preferred. </li>
<li>Spanish speaking required- bilingual </li>
