Position Summary The Barista crafts, prepares, and serves beverages such as coffee and tea per company recipe, and is responsible for taking customer orders and payments. They will prepare and serve freshly roasted, expertly prepared, premium coffee with unsurpassed hospitality in a welcoming environment.&nbsp; The barista is responsible for delivering consistently exceptional experience to City Winery guests. Overview of Responsibilities

 ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
 ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform opening and closing duties as necessary to ensure the coffee area is well-maintained and prepared for a smooth shift

Minimum Qualifications

 ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Interest in coffee origins, roasts, and brew methods is a plus
 ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Latte art skills are a plus
 ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong work ethic, team player, and exceptional guest service skills
