<li>Medication class requirements for RCA; requires an 8 hour class. </li>
<li>Resident Care Attendant must record a minimum of 8 hours of educational in-service per calendar year. </li>
<li>RCA's will be hired contingent upon passing the above no more than 2 attempts.</li>
<li>Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the residents served by Lake Song. In addition, must be able to report concerns or changes. </li>
<li>Must be familiar with utilization of computer. Experience in office suite strongly preferred.</li>
