<li>Prepares individual resident clinical case conference sheets - ensures up to date prior to scheduled case conference - attend meetings in the absence of Unit Manager.</li>
<li>Attends daily morning report as needed or to cover in the absence of and at direction of Unit Manager.</li>
<li>Ensures supplies in back packs daily for residents that require them.</li>
<li>Works with Clinical Care Coordinators to manage supplies of the unit.</li>
<li>Ensures documentation for external MD appointments and consulting MD visits are complete prior to visit.</li>
<li>Checks dashboard on PCC - ensure C.N.A documentation is 100% complete before end of shift. If not, report to C.N.A prior to leaving facility / shift. Report to Unit Manager any supervision issues.</li>
<li>Follows a work schedule of 7am-3pm Monday through Friday and ensures/support coverage for the evening and OVN shifts </li>

The Charge RN partners with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and ensure the delivery of safe patient care, appropriate patient placement, discharge planning, and care partner support. The Charge RN maintains timely systems entry and updates in accordance with established standards.
