Your Role:
As a Nurse Practitioner on our team, you'll be delivering comprehensive primary care in a community-based setting, with the autonomy and support you need to build lasting patient relationships.
<ul>
<li>See 16–20 patients per day</li>
<li>Approximately 70–80% direct patient care, 20–30% indirect (e.g., Rx refills, urgent messages, labs, etc.)</li>
<li>Occasional same-day or telehealth visits as needed</li>
<li>Opportunity to perform outpatient procedures (no OB)</li>
<li>Manage your own patient panel with collaborative team support</li>

What We're Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of California (required)</li>
<li>1–3 years of experience in a primary care or urgent care setting preferred</li>
<li>Passion for patient-centered care and continuity</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team</li>
<li>Comfortable managing a wide range of conditions across adult and geriatric populations</li>
</ul>

Rochelle Community Hospital is seeking an Experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join a busy Outpatient Clinic in June 2025. Great office dynamics and collaboration with colleges! The Nurse Practitioner must be passionate about delivering personable and compassionate care to every patient seen. This is extremely important to Rochelle Community Hospital.

<li>Outpatient Practice </li>
<li>Great work life balance</li>
<li>10-14 Patients per day</li>
<li>0.6 FTE (1248 hrs. per year)</li>
<li>Hours 8am-5pm</li>
<li>3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday</li>
<li>Salary starting at 87,360 - 90,055 based on experience</li>
