As the Foreman you will set the standard and the expectations for those you lead. For each job you will ensure that quality standards are being met while coaching those on your team to and improve. The majority of our projects are residential homes, 2 stories or less; with most located in Columbia or within 30 minutes of Columbia. We have consistent work that can keep you busy year round.
 
Job Requirements

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction to final punch-out. Your responsibilities will include managing subcontractors, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, maintaining quality standards, and fostering strong client relationships.
Ideal candidates will possess:

<li>Proven experience in construction management, including pre-construction, framing, blueprint reading, punch list creation, shop drawing review, renovations, change order management, cost estimating, and takeoffs.</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.</li>
<li>Strong leadership abilities to motivate and direct teams towards project success.</li>
<li>A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.</li>
<li>Proficiency in building codes and industry standards.</li>

<li>Contribute to the development of project estimates and budgets.</li>
