Job Description

Plexos Group is hiring a skilled Construction Supervisor to lead housing recovery efforts in New Mexico. If you have residential construction experience and a passion for helping communities rebuild after disaster, this is your chance to make a lasting impact.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead teams rebuilding homes damaged by 2024 natural disasters.
Oversee contractors and construction staff to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Coordinate inspections, resolve site issues, and keep projects on track.
Serve as the go-to liaison between homeowners, contractors, and program staff.

Qualifications:

4–6 years in residential construction or project management.
Experience supervising contractors and juggling multiple projects.
Strong knowledge of building codes, blueprints, and HUD/CDBG-DR standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Must be based in New Mexico or willing to travel 75% (6 weeks on / 2 weeks off).

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with HUD programs (CDBG, HOME, etc.).
Experience with construction or case management software.
