This role includes maintaining inventory, processing medication orders, and providing support in patient education to promote proper medication use within the facility.&nbsp;

SUMMARY OF FLOATER/LEAD/RBT:
The Lead Registered Behavior Technician/Floater (LRBT/F) position provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. This position implements individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, collects and enters data, builds &amp; maintains rapport, and ensures learners have a supportive and encouraging environment to learn in. This position supports their assigned center by working with a variety of learners in a floating capacity, based on call out and coverage needs while still maintaining clinical excellence. This position stays up to date with all learner treatment plans, BIPs, and behavioral support needs by staying in consistent communication with clinical team members. This position is expected to be a role model to all fellow behavior technicians by exemplifying agency core values, following all agency procedures, and by demonstrating clinical continuity across all sessions. 
SUMMARY OF SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS COORDINATOR:
The Specialized Programs Coordinator is an experienced behavior technician who is responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of programs and running group times within the specialized programs. This position is responsible for building/maintaining rapport, group time program implementation, data collection/entry, and keeping up-to-date on programming goals/changes for each learner served. Physical Demands:

<li>Must be able to observe and move with children in their natural environments (e.g. ABtA center, home, school and/or outside or in community) </li>
<li>Must be able to demonstrate working and playing with children; must be able to sit on floor on ground and move easily in this capacity </li>
<li>Must be able to perform the following gross motor activities: </li>

<li>Climbing (e.g. upon playground equipment) </li>
<li>Bending over (e.g. to assist child with writing or pick up reinforcers off ground) </li>
<li>Squatting (e.g. to assist child putting on shoes) </li>
<li>Running (e.g. running through a sprinkler with a child) </li>
<li>Carrying (e.g. teaching materials, toys, art supplies) up to 15lbs </li>

<li>Must be able to perform the following fine motor activities: </li>
<ul>
<li>Pincer grasp (e.g. manipulation of teaching PECS icons) </li>
<li>Writing (ex. Filling out paper form with a pencil or pen) </li>
<li>Using scissors and various craft supplies </li>
<li>Grasping objects (e.g. keys, door knobs, etc)</li>
<li>Twisting of hands/wrist or fingers (e.g. Tying Shoes, fastening a button, using a zipper, etc) </li>
</ul>
<li>Must be able to demonstrate working and playing with children; must be able to sit on floor on ground and move easily in this capacity </li>
<li>Must be able to lift children up to 50lbs</li>
<li>Must be able to utilize safe non-violent crisis intervention techniques with program participants of all ages (raising arms above head to block, stepping back, reaching behind shoulders, etc) </li>
<li>Must be able to teach and assist with toileting skills. (eg. changing diapers, lifting on an off toilet) </li>
<li>Must be able to utilize a company tablet or cellular device (ex. IPad, Samsung, IPhone) to take session note data</li>
<li>While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard </li>
