About the position:

<li>The territory focuses on customers in the Northern DFW area, primarily North of Highway 20, to the Oklahoma border.</li>

Sales Activities

<li>Generate year-over-year growth in the distributed products and service categories.</li>
<li>Speak into CSI’s sales strategy and value proposition by identifying industry trends and shifts in target markets.</li>
<li>Promote CSI eCommerce usage and speak into opportunities to improve the store.</li>
<li>Responsible for proactive calls, prompt lead follow-up, and communication to promote CSI products and develop positive business relationships for CSI.</li>

<li>Provide leadership to support team members by exhibiting professional and ethical conduct as well as a strong work ethic.</li>

Standard workday is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. More than 40 hours per week will normally be required to achieve the productivity necessary for this position. Overnight travel, Saturday, Sunday and holiday hours will be required. Travel via plane or vehicle may also be required.
