Manage and Maintain Partnership with the Client
<ul>
<li>Consult with clients on best practices, client specific billing requirements, industry trends/changes, and compliance matters.</li>
<li>Conduct regular status meetings with client to communicate issues, obtain consensus on solutions and manage priorities and expectations.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between external and internal teams</li>
<li>Prepare and review monthly invoices, forecasting, profit/loss and contract/service agreements.</li>
<li>Monitor and report client satisfaction and escalate risks, as appropriate.</li>
<li>Expand reimbursement services offered to Clients.</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or other related field preferred, an advanced degree a plus. An equivalent of 5 years+ experience in related field may be considered.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to effectively manage client relationships / customer service/success</li>
<li>Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Logical thinking</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and other project management tools is a plus.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of either healthcare billing and reimbursement, government payer, or managed care industry required.</li>
