As a case manager, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and families at risk of homelessness stay stably housed or relocate to stable housing. Your responsibilities will include screening and assessing client needs and developing strategic interventions to stabilize clients' housing. The main goal is to help keep Native children in their homes when it is safe and prevent unnecessary separation from their families and culture. The social worker investigates reports of child abuse or neglect, writes care plans for families, manages cases, and works closely with courts and outside agencies. Regular court appearances, paperwork, and working with extended family, service providers, and tribal leaders are all important parts of this job.
 
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Quickly look into reports of child abuse or neglect on the Spokane Reservation. Decide if emergency action is needed to keep a child safe.</li>
<li>Provide and keep records of active efforts meaningful help to keep families together or bring them back together safely.</li>
<li>Make sure all foster, pre-adoptive, and adoptive placements follow legal rules that prioritize keeping Native children with their relatives or within their tribe.</li>

Under the general direction of the Outpatient Director, the Outpatient Therapist performs Mental Health Therapy services for the Outpatient Department while adhering to the rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, industry standards, and the expectations of ACRP.
Duties/Responsibilities:

<li>Manage and respond to emails and phone messages daily in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Attend all required meetings on time. </li>
<li>Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy to clients using appropriate methods and techniques.</li>
<li>Be accessible to ACRP Supervisors and Clinical staff for emergencies, phone messaging, and reporting.</li>
<li>Attend all required Clinical Supervision and Treatment Team meetings.</li>

A Head Coach at Making Waves Academy is responsible for all aspects of a team's performance and development. This person fosters a positive and competitive environment that emphasizes skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and academic success. Developing a competitive nature is part of this skill set, but not the sole focus. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to the school's mission and values. The role includes evening and weekend hours, and occasional overtime.&nbsp;

Team Management

<li>Organize and supervise all practices, games, and team events, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.</li>
