Keish Environmental is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Environmental Planner. This position works alongside our clients, both in government and the private industry, to oversee all aspects of regulatory environmental/stormwater compliance on projects.
 
In this role, the candidate will manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Our public and private sector clients rely on Keish staff to fulfill their project needs for timely environmental compliance documentation, including coordination and communication internally and externally with a diverse group of stakeholders. 
This position is an AS-NEEDED, ON-CALL position in a HYBRID setting - the employee may be required to travel to project ofces or work sites to attend meetings approximately 60% of the time (3 days a week).

Duties:

MUST-HAVES

<li>4+ years of experience in employee experience and engagement with a track record of employee retention and engagement</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree in a related field</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Passion for coaching, developing and teaching team members and hiring managers</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Have impeccable interpersonal skills, work well and connect with people at all levels</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Act with integrity, able to be approachable and relatable, while also doing what is right</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Empathetic and open, with a genuine passion for working with people and helping them succeed</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Be excited by a non-traditional organizational structure that separates the employee experience from the benefits and compliance side of traditional HR</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Excel in communicating including not just verbal and written communication skills, but also be a good listener</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion</li>

NICE-TO-HAVES

<li>Experience in and with:

<li>Manufacturing organization</li>
<li>The marine industry and/or an interest in boating</li>
<li>Working with a staff comprised of a combination of hourly/salary, direct/indirect labor, and domestic/international teams</li>

<ul>
<li>Seakeepers approach to human resources is unique. In 2020, we broke apart HR, separating it into two distinct groups: Benefits &amp; Compliance and People &amp; Culture. The Employee Experience Manager lives within the People &amp; Culture group, along with Talent Acquisition. </li>
<li>Our goal is to create a thriving culture and ensure the employee experience is world-class from job description to exit interview all of the little touch points that make someone really love working for a company!</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Youll be based onsite in our Leesport, PA facility five days a week</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Up to 10% travel could be expected, largely between Seakeeper facilities and Seakeeper events to interact and engage with our staff</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Youll report to the VP of People, Culture &amp; Brand, also based in PA</li>
</ul>

Youll partner with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure the second-to-none talent we bring in and already have within our organization are thriving.
