We are seeking a positive, motivated, self-starter for this position.
This position will be located in scenic Osage Beach, Missouri, recently voted by Travel and Leisure.com as one of the top 15 best lake towns in America (number one for families), a great location for raising a family and enjoying a variety of outdoor recreational activities.

Responsibilities: Responsible for meeting the Centers goals and objectives as defined by the Board of Directors, as they relate to the duties of a nurse practitioner.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

<li>Provide patient examinations, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of selected illnesses under protocols jointly adopted by nurse practitioner and physician.</li>
<li>Monitor and treat patients during pregnancy, including prenatal advising and postnatal care.</li>
<li>Prescribe or administer therapy, medication, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.</li>
<li>Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results. Maintain adequate and properly documented records per COMC policy.</li>
<li>Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatment with patients and/or their family members as designated on patient HIPAA forms.</li>
<li>Conduct follow-ups with patients to monitor and track their condition.</li>
<li>Provide health promotion information and teaching thereof.</li>
<li>Make referral to other health professionals and agencies when necessary.</li>
<li>Assist in the further education of health professionals rotating through the clinics.</li>
<li>Assist with the periodic revision of health maintenance protocols, illness protocols, counseling protocols with other providers.</li>
<li>Continue personal professional education as required to maintain licensure</li>
<li>Participate in all COMC Quality Improvement policies and activities.</li>
<li>Maintain collaboration with a presiding physician</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li>

Qualification Requirements: Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Missouri and be currently registered as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. 
Education and/or experience: Requires a minimum of a Master of Science inNursing(MSN). Requires experience working in Obstetrics.
Language Skills: Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers and regulatory agencies. Ability to effectively present information to top management.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with accounting concepts.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Other Skills and Abilities: Excellent customer service skills.

This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI) Prevention and safer sex practices. • Order and administer immunizations and injections (to include but not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provides evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education. • Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent • Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment • Depending on the market, the ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages not limited to but including Spanish • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). • Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires.&nbsp; Preferred Qualifications • If less than 1 year of work experience as a licensed provider, prior student precepting rotation with MinuteClinic is preferred, but not required. • Epic experience preferred&nbsp; Education&nbsp;Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.&nbsp;
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$37.66 - $81.11
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. &nbsp;The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. &nbsp;This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.&nbsp; &nbsp;

They work under the supervision of the Site Medical Director and other site Physicians and in accordance with established policy and procedure as well as within the state guidelines.
