RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Hands-On Inventory Management: Track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and physically verify stock to ensure accuracy.</li>
<li>Shipping &amp; Receiving: Assist in preparing, packing, and inspecting orders for shipping. This will involve hands-on interaction with materials and freight to meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Coordinating Logistics: Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to manage schedules and troubleshoot delivery issues in real-time.</li>
<li>Data Entry: Accurately input logistics information, maintain records, and manage shipping schedules.</li>
<li>Quality Control: Perform hands-on inspections of shipments to verify accuracy and comply with quality standards.</li>
<li>Continuous Improvement: Assist with organizing the warehouse or stockroom and implementing process improvements for a more efficient workflow.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>1-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or related fields (warehouse or hands-on roles preferred).</li>
<li>Strong physical stamina to handle occasional on-site lifting or moving of boxes/materials.</li>

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain operations by tracking purchase orders, coordinating inbound shipments, and supporting warehouse receiving processes. This is a full-time, hourly position based in either Aurora, CO or Louisville, CO.

The anticipated wage for this person is $24.04-$25.96 per hour (approx. $50,000-$54,000 annually).
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Logistics Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining purchase orders, coordinating with freight forwarders, and providing essential support to internal teams to keep our supply chain running smoothly.
Purchase Order Management
<ul>
<li>Enter purchase orders into the Fenix Outdoor ERP for US and Canada</li>
<li>Update and maintain purchase order dates, prices, and quantities, including PO splits</li>
<li>Verify inbound shipment quantities and submit discrepancies for evaluation</li>
</ul>
Inbound Shipping &amp; Coordination
<ul>
<li>Track inbound shipments and update ship logs as needed</li>
<li>Follow up with freight forwarders and vendors to obtain missing shipment documents</li>
<li>Provide packing slips to warehouse receiving departments and release PO’s into the WMS</li>
<li>Notify the Allocations Department of received shipments</li>
</ul>
Data Management &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Upload stock data into the WMS</li>
<li>Help build and maintain inbound shipping reports</li>
<li>Collaborate with the finance team to approve receiving discrepancies</li>
</ul>
Cross-Functional Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Assist other departments with inbound-related questions</li>
<li>Work with global cross-functional teams and cultures to coordinate freight and transportation</li>
</ul>
WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive logistics professional with strong attention to detail and a passion for operational efficiency.
Experience and technical skills
<ul>
<li>At least 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain is preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred</li>
<li>Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems is a plus</li>
</ul>
