Qualifications &amp; Skills

<li>Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as a Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef in a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or high-end patisserie. </li>
<li>Education: A degree or certification in pastry arts or culinary arts from a recognized institution is highly desirable. </li>
<li>Culinary Expertise: Proficiency in advanced pastry techniques, chocolate artistry, sugar decoration, and bread-making. </li>
<li>Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team under high-pressure environments. </li>
<li>Creativity: A strong sense of innovation and artistry to create visually stunning and flavorful desserts. </li>
<li>Attention to Detail: Meticulous in presentation, precision in recipe execution, and adherence to food quality/safety standards. </li>
<li>Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. </li>
