Office Assistant
Fink's Jewelers is looking to hire an exceptional full-time Office Assistant at our 419-location located on Electric Road in Roanoke, Virginia. This individual must be extremely organized, proficient in Microsoft Office products and possess a high level of customer service skills.
We offer favorable retail hours Monday-Saturday and closed on Sundays.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist in supporting the sales activities by performing all needed functions on POS system, such as ringing various sales, layaways, and special orders.</li>
<li>Generate and maintain client records and files, special order, and layaway files.</li>
<li>Process in-coming and outgoing transfers according to corporate policy and procedures to ensure Inventory control.</li>
<li>Prepare packages and paperwork for outgoing mail or shipment.</li>
<li>Accept and process product for repair. Communicate estimates to customer, follow up on completion and ship dates, notify customer of repair completion.</li>
<li>Respond to customer inquiries both in person and over the phone.</li>
<li>Utilize company ERP software to research transactions.</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>

Benefits
The hourly pay range for this role is $19.00 - $23.00. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job - related knowledge, skills &amp; experience, among other factors. The Office Coordinator acts as co-owner of the Retail Store Operational Plan and is responsible for ensuring that store objectives are met and directs all activities in the office. They are responsible for maintaining inventory controls and enforcing guidelines for the transfer of merchandise to and from locations. They will maintain a constant awareness of security issues involved in operating the office.

Role
The Office Coordinator is a multi-dimensional position where you can learn the foundations and best practices of retail operations in the jewelry sales industry. In this role your responsibilities are focused on accurately managing the operational activities of the store. This position requires you to utilize your attention-to-detail, precision orientation, and understanding of computer systems daily. You may lead and direct a small team to ensure the office functions of the store are completed. You will ensure special orders, design in service, repair orders, product inventory, and point of sales entries are completed accurately. In addition, you will communicate with guests onsite, as well as via telephone, email, and text. Over your tenure, you will have the opportunity to learn about the legendary Robbins Brothers sales process and best practices of retail store operations. At all times, you will adhere to the company’s operational and security policies and procedures involved in running our stores. 
The Office Coordinator works closely with the General Manager, Floor Manager, Operations Manager and Guest Experience Representative in all aspects of the retail store functions. You will be responsible for modeling, supporting, and adhering to Robbins Brothers company policies, procedures, and values.
 
Quality Orientation
