The Role in Brief:
Partner Development Executive (Higher Education Research Sales)
Partner Development Executives at EAB are responsible for establishing relationships with key decision makers within education institutions.
We hire persuasive leaders with a knack for teaching and explaining concepts – people who are comfortable listening to our partners (i.e., clients) and then mapping their problems to our services and solutions. As our ambassadors and connectors, Partner Development Executives are pivotal to the growth of our firm.
As a Partner Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and managing the sales process in order to convert new partners within our 4-year higher education research and advisory services space. We are seeking sales professionals who have a strong record of success achieving and exceeding sales goals within a team-selling environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

<li>Prospect and build new business within an assigned territory of education institutions; acquire new partners successfully and negotiate to expand services for existing partners</li>
<li>Build relationships by meeting with senior executives at prospect organizations to discuss their strategic challenges and opportunities, present best practice solutions and effectively sell the vision of EAB’s capabilities,</li>
<li>Conduct live presentations, including diagnostic evaluations, to understand prospective partner needs and educate key stakeholders on the value of EAB products and services</li>
<li>Meet annual revenue goals through management of a sales pipeline with pursuits in various stages of the evaluation process</li>
<li>Work with other sales, marketing and delivery team members to drive increased Research revenue within an assigned portfolio of higher education institutions</li>

Basic Qualifications:

<li>Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university</li>
<li>Proven track record of success exceeding personal revenue targets in business development roles</li>
<li>Experience representing complex products or services to external partners in a trusted, consultative capacity</li>

<li>Willingness to travel domestically at least 25-50%</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license</li>

Compensation:
The compensation package for this role includes a starting salary (base) range of $74,500 - $136,500 per year plus eligibility for uncapped variable compensation. The anticipated total earnings are $149,500 - $236,500 at target levels of performance against commercial goals in a full and typical fiscal year, with lucrative uncapped earning potential to reward overperformance. Actual salary and on-target earnings vary due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. The Role in Brief:
EAB continues to invest in growing its portfolio of service and technology solutions. We seek a Pool Director to support a pool of our Navigate360 and Starfish technology partners. The Pool Director will manage the partner health, service strategy, renewal and growth strategy for their assigned pool, as well as the Strategic Leaders, both directly and indirectly, in their pool, while serving as a point of contact for executives across their pool. This Pool Director will be responsible for managing against key business and operational metrics for the Strategic Leaders assigned to their team, as well as their growth.

The Role in Brief:
Partner Development Representative
The Partner Development organization develops innovative sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities for EAB and EAB Seramount, a strategic business dedicated to advancing DE&amp;I in the workplace. A key team member, the Partner Development Representative (PDR) is responsible for initiating relationships with prospective partners and optimizing team interactions. PDRs identify executives who may benefit from EAB or EAB Seramount products and services, leverage resources to connect with qualified leads, and schedule meetings for Partner Development Executives (PDEs) to meet and further advance those prospective relationships. PDRs can expect to acquire deep insight into the education industry, as well as workplace DE&amp;I best practices, while refining their commercial outreach skills. We are hiring a Managing Director to lead and manage the Partner Development team for our Corporate Talent products. About the position
The Telephonic PRN Care Coordinator supports the Goodwin Living At Home program by assisting members through telephone and virtual communication. This role focuses on non-clinical care coordination, documentation, follow-up, and support tasks that can be conducted remotely. Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $69,000 - $135,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.
This hire will additionally be eligible for lucrative uncapped incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.

Partner Development Executives at EAB are responsible for establishing relationships with key decision makers within education institutions.

As a Partner Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and managing the sales process in order to convert new partners. We are seeking sales professionals who have a strong record of success achieving and exceeding sales goals within a team selling environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Role Summary:
At Goodwin Living, we are looking for a career-minded, energetic, and organized individual to join our Environmental Services Team as a Housekeeper. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for cleaning and sanitizing apartments, public areas, and facility restrooms, and/or other areas as assigned.
Shift: 6am-2pm and every other weekend
This position pays $19.50/hr
Job Duties:
<ul>
<li>Cleans and sanitizes assigned area and/or resident apartments according to departmental guidelines.</li>
<li>Monitors supplies and linens in restrooms and ensures adequate availability of supplies and linens when needed.</li>
<li>Exercises care and proper handling procedures when using cleaning solutions and other hazardous chemicals.</li>
<li>Maintains cleaning carts in a clean and organized manner; stocks supplies as needed.</li>
<li>Performs sterilizing procedures upon vacancy of apartments, and nursing unit rooms, according to department guidelines.</li>
<li>Monitors for and records needed repairs, security locks, and other barriers interfering with cleaning activities.</li>
<li>Reports all defective equipment and unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor.</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>Previous housekeeping experience preferred.</li>
<li>Proficient verbal communication skills required.</li>
<li>Must be able to read, write, and follow instructions.</li>
