 PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Retail Lead is responsible for assisting the Retail Supervisor with day-to-day operations by delivering exceptional customer service, generating sales, performing inventory control, and merchandising in accordance with Deer Valley Retail standards. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our&nbsp;Sales Professionals&nbsp;are responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. This position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow-up.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
- Welcoming and engaging with customers
- Directing customers to merchandise
- Exercising superior knowledge of our products
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts
- Drafting and submitting a variety of reports
- Stocking showcases and making note of inventory levels.
- Contributing to daily sales goals, helping to increase on a regular basis
- Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers
- Cleaning, organizing, and sanitizing the store and products during periods of low foot traffic
