SUMMARY 
 An Optical Technician will achieve a world class Total Patient Experience that maximizes retail sales while also supporting the patients' medical needs. This team member is trained to dispense and fit glasses and contacts, working from the prescriptions written by Optometrists and Ophthalmologists. They connect the patient's needs to the goods and services offered.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Educate and recommend specific lenses, lens coatings and frames to suit patient needs </li>

<li>Can accurately collect measurements such as bridge, eye size, temple length, seg heights, vertex distance, pupillary distance, and pantoscopic tilt </li>

<li>Dispense patient orders and repair and adjust patient frames </li>
</ul>

<li>Dispense all glasses and/or contact lens orders using current process </li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Previous medical office experience preferred; previous ophthalmic experience strongly preferred. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience </li>
</ul>

<li>Favorable result on background check as required by state </li>

Job Summary:
SVS Vision Opticians will be responsible for helping customers achieve the right type of eyeglasses, lens shape or contact lenses in accordance with their eyesight or eye. Opticians usually work as part of a team of eye care professionals including optometrists. Their customers are generally people who have had an eye exam and received a prescription for corrective lenses or could need protective lenses including safety and sunglasses. Practice Liaison 
 Location: This will be based in Columbus, OH with travel required in surrounding areas. 
SUMMARY
Responsible for implementing a coordinated referral partner marketing plan designed to originate, drive, and grow referrals to EyeCare Partners and its array of eye care services. The Practice Liaison will execute initiatives focused on increasing loyalty and preference to EyeCare Partners doctors among internal and external provider referral sources, accelerating new EyeCare Partners doctor practice growth, and maximizing multidisciplinary operational efficiencies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Develop, facilitate, and execute a regular cadence of visits and meetings with current and potential physician referral sources (80-90% of time in field)</li>
<li>Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) system to build, develop and maintain current and potential referral sources within the company's current and future markets</li>
<li>Be the initial point of contact for all current and potential referral sources if concerns arise with referred patients</li>
<li>Investigate issues and collaborate with others to reach a satisfactory resolution and drive related operational process improvements.</li>
<li>Gather and interpret the data and reports necessary to determine priority areas for growing referrals to ECP providers</li>
<li>Develop, plan, and execute a regular cadence of educational seminars, grand rounds, dinners, meet and greets between current and potential referral sources for our physicians and team</li>
<li>Work with practice leaders, key physicians, and teams to develop, implement, and expand satellite locations</li>
<li>Work with practice leaders, doctors, practice teams, and referral partners to educate and drive special initiatives (advanced technology implant (ATIOL) conversions, surgical comanagement, online referral portal adoption)</li>
<li>Actively partner with business development director, liaison program manager, Marketing, Division VP, growth team, along with other corporate resources, to co-develop overall organic growth strategies, market analysis, and identify/execute on best practices for organic growth.</li>
<li>Be the point of contact for medical, trade and physician organizations within the practice's current and future markets.</li>
<li>Work with practice leader and Liaison Program Manager to develop and maintain internal and external company liaison-related marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Participate in physician recruitment interviews to communicate the liaison role in the building of their practice.</li>
<li>Develop, plan, and execute new ECP provider introductions and practice building initiatives.</li>
<li>Facilitate co-management relationships with practice doctors, external referral sources, and team members.</li>
