Requirements
<ul>
<li>6+ months of experience interacting with customers (through work, military, or education)</li>
<li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to handle cash transactions and follow procedures accurately</li>
<li>Integrity and professionalism in dealing with customers and team members</li>
<li>Availability to work a schedule that may include Saturdays</li>
<li>Eligible to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship not available)</li>

What you’ll do

<li>Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging with customers</li>
<li>Promote digital banking tools and refer customers to appropriate banking services</li>
<li>Support daily operational activities and ensure compliance with policies</li>
<li>Identify customer needs and connect them to suitable financial solutions</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and maintain strong relationships</li>
