Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Purchasing Specialist to join our fabric wholesale team. This role is responsible for efficiently and cost-effectively sourcing all fabric materials, supplies, and services. The ideal candidate will have industry experience in textiles and a strong ability to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor inventory levels. 
Responsibilities

<li>Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with new and existing fabric vendors and suppliers. Good communication with vendors is essential. </li>
<li>Create, process, and track purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards and policies. </li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels, forecast future demand, and coordinate purchases to avoid material shortages. </li>
<li>Assist the sales and production teams with timely updates on inventory levels and restock schedules. </li>

Qualifications

<li>Previous experience in the textile industry is a significant advantage. </li>
