Job Summary Description:
<ul>
<li>Provides technical skills required of a Master licensed plumber for the installation, alteration, maintenance and repair of the plumbing systems and related accessories, to assist with management and operation of the facilities in a cost-effective manner.</li>
<li>Performs master level, skilled plumbing work in the installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing fixtures, water leaks, gas leaks, sanitary and storm lines.</li>
<li>Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.</li>
<li>Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures and according to the standards of CGL Facility Management, OSHA, and our clients.</li>
<li>Complete all required compliance, safety and developmental training as assigned.</li>
<li>Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.</li>
<li>Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures such as sinks, showers, commodes, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposals and dishwashers.</li>

Essential Job Accountabilities:

<li>Install and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and industrial buildings.</li>
<li>Read blueprints and design specifications to layout the plumbing system.</li>
<li>Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.</li>

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Position Summary
The Master Plumber is responsible for the daily operations of the Installation department within a local field office. Provides leadership and tactical execution on daily production activities involving inventory management, job scheduling, pre-construction walkthroughs, service resolution, training, and management of local third-party installation network.

The Licensed Master Plumber Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Plumber to lead and grow our plumbing operations. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to excellence in both service delivery and team development.
The Master Plumber oversees and mentors plumbing apprentices and journeymen while performing a variety of residential and commercial services, including drain cleaning, leak detection, fixture installations, sump pump repairs, water heater work, grease trap replacements, and backflow prevention. Position Summary
The Master Plumber is responsible for the daily operations of the Installation department within a local field office. Provides leadership and tactical execution on daily production activities involving inventory management, job scheduling, pre-construction walkthroughs, service resolution, training, and management of local third-party installation network.
Must have active FL Master Plumber's License to be considered
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Assign installation jobs to third-party installer network based on availability and geographic proximity using proprietary scheduling application when possible</li>
<li>Identify opportunities in daily operations to pull forward jobs and maximize speed to installation</li>
<li>Work with the customer to schedule jobs based on installer availability and customer preferences</li>
<li>Review and publish daily installation and service reports to identify wins and opportunities for improvement</li>
<li>Work with office administrative staff to ensure organized workflow of jobs from schedule to install completion</li>
<li>Accurately enter job orders into the Operations App for scheduling, inventory, and job costing purposes</li>
<li>Order product based on job specs and products related to installation process to maintain adequate stock and custom inventory</li>
<li>Perform administrative duties such as building job packets and solving funding issues</li>
<li>Assist third-party installation partners on job site as needed with product staging and transport</li>
<li>Partner with Service and Sales Operations teams to proactively address customer issues and resolve on first service call</li>
<li>Train, coach and develop installation employees and contractors both in the office and in the field</li>
<li>Improve subcontractor retention rates through impactful training and engagement</li>
<li>Responsible for driving proficiency and efficiency amongst installation subcontractors</li>
<li>Partner with leadership on identifying systemic training gaps and propose solutions to address gap</li>
<li>Collaborate with all office and corporate functional teams to meet/exceed office and regional goals</li>
<li>Recruit subcontractors as needed to expand installation capacity</li>
<li>Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures</li>
<li>Must hold a valid driver's license.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li>

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

<li>3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation project management</li>
