<li>The Telecom Construction Supervisor&nbsp;will have direct contact with the local MSO, our customer. It is important that these relationships are maintained and developed.</li>
<li>Managing day-to-day field operations for an assigned team, communicating with other members of local support staff, and resolving issues.</li>
<li>Ensuring that Lighthouse Technologies&nbsp;is in compliance with all field related performance metrics.</li>
<li>Enforce client safety practices by completing random safety site inspections.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Must have a valid driver's license and meet Lighthouse Technologies&nbsp;MVR qualifications.</li>
<li>Ability to pass a nationwide background check and drug screen.</li>
<li>Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.</li>
<li>High school graduate or equivalent preferred.</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to work in a confined space and at high elevations (poles, hydraulic lift buckets, ladders)</li>
<li>Must be able to work in a loud, noise-filled environment out in the field</li>
