Job Summary
The CI Cyber Threat Technical Analyst will ensure all required reports are complete with minimal errors and that all processes, activities, and reports are conducted within established timeframes. The analyst will also ensure team members are trained in and follow current standard operating procedures while providing technical analysis that contributes to the understanding of particular threats or situations.
Specific Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support team members in completing forensics reports, CI Cyber Inquiries, and monthly, quarterly, and annual CI Cyber Threat reports through written and technical analysis</li>
<li>Identify, analyze, define, and coordinate user, customer and stakeholder needs and translate them into technical requirements</li>
<li>Detect anomalous activity through network data analysis</li>
<li>Record best practices, lessons-learned, processes and procedures, and other pertinent quality topics in appropriate formats</li>
<li>Evaluate Intrusion Detection, incident tickets, event and log analysis, security change tracking and other network security systems and devices</li>
<li>Provide written reports based on findings and perform work without appreciable direction, exercising considerable latitude in determining technical objectives</li>
<li>Participate in special projects and assist in the development and delivery of malware threat awareness products and briefings</li>
<li>Participate in technical meetings and working groups to address issues related to malware threats and vulnerabilities</li>
<li>Collaborate with customers and team members consisting of computer security and CI investigators, forensic analysts, and other internal and external organizations</li>
<li>Thoroughly investigate instances of malicious code to determine attack vector, payload, potential origin, extent of damage, and data exfiltration</li>
<li>Develop analysis and make recommendations for the purchase of software that will mitigate malware intrusions</li>
<li>Identify risks to computer systems and make recommendations for corrective actions</li>
<li>Coordinate CI Cyber activities originating from Enterprise Incident Response Events</li>
<li>Conduct liaison between CI Office, Insider Threat, Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC), and other NGA Offices as applicable to the CI Cyber Mission</li>
<li>Perform threat analysis, threat forecasts, threat alerts, and recommend countermeasures</li>

JOBS SUMMARY: The Satellite CAC Forensic Interviewer is a full-time position and is responsible for conducting interviews of children regarding allegations of child abuse/neglect at the Children’s Advocacy Center and satellite locations and facilitates the sharing of case related information among investigators and multidisciplinary team members. Must have knowledge and experience in child abuse, victimization, child development, criminal justice, judicial systems and conducting interviews.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Assist MDT in coordination of Forensic Interviews and scheduling at CAC</li>
<li>Provide objective, fact-finding forensic interviews with children ages 3-18 on site when forensic interviewer is not available or when MDT makes the request to have CAC interviewer do the interview</li>
<li>Observe and evaluate child’s emotional and developmental functioning during interview and structure interview to best meet needs of child while obtaining information.</li>
<li>Set up video and audio equipment in the observation room to record interviews</li>
<li>Provide or set up interview tools that are needed for the interview</li>
<li>Provide culturally competent interviews</li>
<li>Participate in a pre-interview meeting with MDT members attending the interview</li>
<li>Assist MDT in getting signature from child’s guardian to audio and video tape the interview at the CAC</li>
<li>Obtain signatures of all MDT members present on Photography-Audio Visual Confidentiality Policy and consent form</li>

<li>Participate in any legal proceedings as the forensic interviewer, in cases that you conducted the forensic interview</li>
<li>Provide non-offending caregiver and children information regarding services available at the CAC</li>
<li>Assist MDT members in making appropriate referrals to the CAC and other community providers as deemed appropriate to meet the needs of the child and their caregivers</li>

Job Description 
As a member of Experian's Global Security Office (EGSO)/Cyber Fusion Center (CFC), you will respond, contain, escalate, investigate, and coordinate mitigation of security events relative to anomalies detected and escalated by the Cyber Fusion Center according to Experian's Incident Response Plan. As an individual contributor, you will join a growing team of specialized, advanced responders to support escalations of complex and prioritized matters from Experian's existing 24x7 security monitoring and response functions. You will work with end-users, technical support teams, and management to ensure remediation and recovery from these threats.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Incident Response. You will have a regular Monday – Friday schedule, with the expectation to participate in an on-call schedule or work outside of normal work hours to respond to cybersecurity incidents.
You'll have the opportunity to:

<li>Conduct advanced incident response activities to investigate and contain complex or larger-scale cybersecurity matters.</li>
<li>Orchestrate workstreams across teams (Forensics and Cyber Threat Hunting) and explain the CFC's overall understanding of the timeline of attacker activity.</li>

Qualifications

<li>Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP), standard protocols (HTTP/S, DNS, SSH, SMTP, SMB), wireless networking, networking infrastructure, and network topologies (DMZ, VPN, WAN) and network technologies (WAF, IPS, Routers, or Firewalls).</li>
<li>Experience with commercial and open-source SIEMs, full packet capture tools, and network analysis tools (Splunk, Wireshark, SOF-ELK).</li>

Overview
We are looking for a Senior Cyber Forensic Investigator to join our Cyber Fusion Centre. Our Cyber Fusion Center (CFC) uses the latest technology and trained security experts to detect and investigate security attacks and insider risks globally.This critical role leads complex investigations into cyber incidents, data breaches, insider threats, and other digital security events. You will bring expertise in digital forensics, incident response, and threat intelligence to protect Experian's digital assets and ensure compliance with global regulatory standards.
You will report to the Senior Director of Cyber Forensics and Cyber Threat Hunting and offers the opportunity to work with a global team of elite cybersecurity professionals.
Responsibilities

Qualifications

Job Description 
As a member of Experian's Global Security Office (EGSO)/Cyber Fusion Center (CFC), you will respond, contain, escalate, investigate, and coordinate mitigation of security events relative to anomalies detected and escalated by the Cyber Fusion Center according to Experian's Incident Response Plan. As an individual contributor, you will join a growing team of specialized, advanced responders to support escalations of complex and prioritized matters from Experian's existing 24x7 security monitoring and response functions. You will work with end-users, technical support teams, and management to ensure remediation and recovery from these threats.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Incident Response. You will have a regular Monday – Friday schedule, with the expectation to participate in an on-call schedule or work outside of normal work hours to respond to cybersecurity incidents.
You'll have the opportunity to:

Qualifications 
Your background:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

<li>Administers the operations and activities of the Laurens County Coroner’s Office in accordance with local, state and federal laws, regulations, policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Supervises staff through the chain of command; supervisory duties include instructing, planning and assigning work, reviewing work, maintaining standards, coordinating activities, selecting new employees, acting on employee problems, recommending and approving employee discipline and discharge as appropriate.</li>
<li>Reviews the work of subordinates for completeness and accuracy; evaluates performance and makes recommendations as appropriate; offers advice and assistance as needed.</li>
<li>Provides for adequate staff training and development opportunities.</li>
<li>Reviews reports prepared by subordinates for completeness and accuracy; investigates and corrects errors as necessary.</li>

<li>Issues subpoenas for the collection of medical records or other evidence as necessary.</li>
<li>Determines what type of examination is necessary; coordinates and schedules autopsies, post-mortem examinations, and the collection of body fluids and tissues as needed for analysis.</li>
<li>Collects, transports, stores, submits and interprets evidence.</li>
<li>Occasionally performs post-mortem examinations after a body has been removed from the scene of death; may collect body fluids and other relevant evidence from the body as necessary.</li>

About the Role: The Fraud Investigator serves as a key resource in internal and external investigations, loss prevention policy/procedure development and implementation, and regulatory compliance and reporting. Through a demonstrated expertise in investigative techniques and an understanding of industry fraud trends the Fraud Investigator makes recommendations to combat fraud. They have a sufficient working knowledge of bank deposit and lending operations, and physical security devices to research data, account transactions and maintenance information, reports, videos, and other media to investigate suspicious activity. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. · Conduct Fraud Prevention and Awareness training for new hires, departments and branches and assists in cross-training of other department personnel
· Adhere to BSA and SAR reporting obligations and departmental standards for managing the documentation, retention, and release of investigative records and evidence related to suspected fraud
· Investigate reports of Elder Financial Abuse and comply with county and state reporting requirements
· Apply fiduciary expertise to provide accurate and reliable guidance to frontline inquiries
· Ensure all departments adhere to elder abuse regulatory compliance by providing proper training, APS, and SAR filing and tracking
· Complete Suspicious Transaction Reports and follow ups for fraud risk levels, including Identity Theft and Elder Financial Abuse
· Carry out investigative activities—such as data analysis and member outreach—in a lawful, compliant, and professional manner aligned with regulatory requirements and the Credit Union's shared values and service standards
· Under the direction of the MRC, conduct fraud and risk monitoring, internal control risk assessments, and internal control testing to ensure processes and procedures effectively support a strong fraud and risk control environment
· Perform New Account investigations to ensure all new accounts satisfy Foothill Credit Union and compliance standards
· Perform Consumer and Real Estate Loan Fraud investigations reviewing for evidence of false application information or credit report variances
· Support and assist MRC with check fraud claims investigations, claim decisions, and collaborate with other departments to complete the check fraud claim process
· Determine if a fraud investigation is warranted and take appropriate steps to mitigate losses
· Analyze and evaluate fraud risks and recommend changes to policies, procedures, and processes to ensure risk-based and appropriate controls are instigated and maintained reasonably
· Conduct routine to complex investigations across deposit, lending, and administrative operations, generating insights related to current or prospective members and employees
· Analyze and interpret data from internal systems and third-party sources
· Participate in investigative task forces or projects that represent significant loss exposure or are high-profile issues
· Assist to identify significant issues and control weaknesses and make recommendations to minimize exposure or loss
· Collect, organize, and document information and evidence in case tracking system 
· Prepare reports for management as requested
· Develop and coordinate training regarding fraud and investigations 
· Communicate fraud trends, regulatory compliance and internal procedure updates to related departments via bulletin emails or team meetings. 
· Record and retain documentation and evidence of all investigative activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and department procedures
· Collaborate with various departments related to fraud investigations that may include Branch Network, Contact Center, Payment and Operations, Asset Recovery, Lending and others 
· Act as a Credit Union representative in communicating with FBI and other federal law enforcement agencies, state and local police, prosecutors, the United States Attorney Office, regulatory agencies, and other financial institutions
· Provide information for insurance claims related to fraud, forgery, and other collections regarding security issues. 
· File police reports and work with law enforcement on criminal cases and pursue civil remedies when appropriate 
· Assist frontline employees with Fraud Risk Management, new membership identity, and membership eligibility
· Assist in the review and investigation into Peer-to-Peer (Zelle) ACH fraud system alerts looking for instances of members being scammed or online banking compromises
· Responsible for completing special projects, as assigned, supporting general business initiatives related to the Fraud Risk Management functions and/or outside of the primary Fraud Risk Management functions
· Act as a backup for Verafin cases, filing CTRs and SARs, reviewing OFAC scrubs, and completing various internal audits
· Manage and properly respond to emails within R&amp;C Inbox in a timely manner
· Assist with or perform special investigations or audits as assigned
· Become an active member of Credit Union and Financial Institutions peer fraud groups and organizations that include CUFFS, IAFCI, local police contacts and others
· Provide backup and support to MRC around incident report processes as needed or assigned
· Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality
· This position requires a minimum number of in-office days as deemed by the manager
Requirements:
Experience/Education Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Criminal Justice, or related field; or equivalent combined education and work experience of a minimum of four (4) years of work-related experience
· Minimum of four (4) years of related experience in a financial institution and working knowledge of the fundamentals of credit union/banking operations, U.S. banking laws and regulations applicable to a federal credit union and its applications to ensuring the safety and soundness of Credit Union staff and member assets.
· Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a financial investigator role at a financial institution or credit union is preferred.
· Must also have demonstrated ability to use Internet software, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and Symitar banking system. 
· Previous experience with Online/Real Time Fraud Investigation Software and Case Management Software is preferred.
· Experience contacting various police divisions and filing police reports is preferred.
· Experience contacting other financial institutions and Credit Unions requesting information and networking for best practices. 
 
Desirable certifications in the following areas:
· Must have experience or certification in conducting interviews with internal and external fraud suspects. Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or an equivalent certification is preferred.

· Must be able to travel to all the Credit Union's facilities.
· Must be able and willing to testify on behalf of Credit Union security matters in court.
· Must have a method of transportation when needed to carry out essential job- related functions; if operating a motor vehicle, must have a valid driver's license and proof of at least minimum automobile insurance coverage as required by the State of California.
