The Wilkinson Public Library (San Miguel County Public Library District #1) is located in spectacular southwestern Colorado, known for its stunning scenic beauty and a rich, colorful history. The Library District comprises the east end of San Miguel County. From the dramatic San Juan Mountains and Telluride’s world-class skiing in the east to the mesas, farms, and high-desert ranches to the west, San Miguel County (pop. 8,082, 1289 sq. mi.) is geographically and socioeconomically diverse, a state and national treasure. A five-member board of trustees, each appointed by the San Miguel County Commissioners oversees the library district.
Currently, the District has a strong financial position. The 2025 budget anticipates $4.48M in general fund expenditures, supporting 23.35 FTE, and capital expenditures of $1.76M. Projected yearend (2025) fund balances are GF $1.2M and Capital $1.8M. The Colorado State Library ranks the WPL first in the state for per capita library visits and circulation, and third in the state for per capita program attendance.
This career opportunity is available with the scheduled retirement (late-March, 2025) of the library director, who has served as director for nearly 11 years. The library director reports to the board of trustees and oversees a management team, comprised of the managers of the library’s four key divisions: business office, operations, youth services, and public services.
A four-year degree in a relevant field of study; at least five years of progressively responsible experience in library administration; knowledge of library best practices, trends, issues, and industry software and databases; or any equivalent combination of education and experience are all required. A master’s degree in library science or library information science from an ALA- accredited school or program, or in a related field is also required. Desired qualifications include advanced training in management, public or business administration, and human resources, and the ability to speak Spanish. The hiring range for this position is $117,709 to $147,136 DOQE. Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Director of Finance at Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) has oversight of the financial, risk management and information technology operations of the organization. In collaboration with the Executive Director, the Director of Finance is delegated a high degree of responsibility to recommend and implement fiscal policies and procedures in partnership with university colleagues to ensure that ASI operates appropriately within the financial policies of the California State University (CSU) Board of Trustees and the University, while sustaining sound business practices, and strengthening the financial health of ASI.
The Director of Finance will sit as a non-voting member and serve as an advisor to the ASI Student Board of Directors, which doubles as the Sacramento State Student Government. &nbsp;&nbsp;

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Accounting 
<ul>
<li>Oversees the supervision and management of all aspects of the functional areas of the Accounting Services department, including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, cashiering, fixed asset management, internal controls, policy development and implementation, legal, and audit compliance as well as maintenance of the general ledger.</li>
<li>Provides insight and education regarding ASI and CSU Sacramento budget and financial operations to the ASI Student Board of Directors, full-time staff, student-staff, campus partners and the student community at a level of their understanding.</li>
<li>Oversees the preparation of the annual financial statements and 990 for ASI and the Union WELL.</li>
<li>Facilitates implementation of quality standards and priority criteria for service processes.</li>
<li>Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through assessment, staff training, and resource development. Ensures compliance with state and federal tax laws and reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Ensures compliance with all internal controls and identifies potential improvements to increase efficiency of operations and security of company assets.</li>
<li>Evaluates changes in policies, laws, and available resources for impacts and adjustments to related policies, procedures, and staff responsibilities.</li>
<li>Coordinates plans for testing, training, and implementing new and upgraded financial systems.</li>

Fiscal Services

<li>Serves as an advisor to the ASI Student Board of Directors. Provides guidance and support to all elected ASI student officers, especially the ASI Student Vice President of Finance, in the fulfillment of their responsibilities, and to student club and organization officers on the use of ASI funds.</li>
<li>Organizes, directs and supervises the preparation of ASl's annual budget in accordance with the guidelines provided by the ASI Finance and Budget Committee.</li>

POSITION OVERVIEW
SEO saw rapid and unprecedented expansion during the pandemic,prompting the need to grow and redesign our C-suite. The SEO Chief Advancement Officer is responsible for strategicdevelopment planning and activities supporting the NYC SEO Scholarsprogram and SEO general program/operating support, representing 40%of organization's $51M budget with the goal to grow support by 50%over next 3 years. A particular focus will be on nationalfoundations, corporate donors, and major individual donors. The CAOis expected to be a front-line national relationship builder andmajor donor solicitor, managing a portfolio of prospects, andsupervising an approximately nine-member development team.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) William Goodloe,the CAO will be a leader in lifting the current org-widedevelopment efforts to new levels of success by broadening ways toattract and more deeply engage with national foundations,corporations, and individual philanthropists over time – to becomestrategic sources of revenue. The CAO will also work closely withSEO’s professional programs and its Marketing &amp; Communicationsteam to utilize SEO’s legacy of impact closing opportunity gaps toincrease national brand recognition as a whole. RESPONSIBILITIES
Fundraising:

<li>Drive a strategy to raise roughly an additional $10 - 15m+ inannual revenue for SEO general program support and Scholars programsupport from a variety of philanthropic sources (annual giving,major gifts, corporate and foundation relations, alumni) andspecial events (an annual gala that consistently generates $8m+ inunrestricted funds and several smaller events focused on theScholars program and general SEO support).</li>
<li>Leverage SEO’s existing ecosystem and activate SEO’s untappednetworks within the spaces where the organization currentlyoperates, including private equity and corporate partnerorganizations.</li>

<li>Makes recommendations on policy issues to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local government regulations.</li>
<li>Utilizes hospital financial systems and financial reports to monitor monthly grant expenses and ensure compliance with sponsor/donor regulations.</li>
<li>Prepares and presents reports on actual versus budgeted financial information during site visits and external audits.</li>
<li>Provides information and analysis for long-range financial and cash flow forecasting, projects data trends in spending, provides analysis to determine the best use of funds from sponsored awards.</li>
<li>Monitors budget to actual spending activity and prepares monthly variance reports for Principal Investigators.</li>
<li>Supervises departmental administration of effort reporting as and ensures quality of work product.</li>
<li>Performs additional tasks relating to sponsored awards as requested.</li>

Educational requirements:

<li>Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. MBA in Finance or equivalent preferred.</li>

Experience:

<li>5 to 7 years pre- and post-award grants administration experience required</li>
<li>Strong financial, accounting, analytical skills, and ability to manage all phases of the grant cycle</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities and simultaneous time deadlines</li>

The College of Nursing (CoN) at Xavier University is seeking experienced, innovative, and highly motivated fulltime, 12-month, non-tenure track, teaching faculty to teach in our Accelerated BSN (ABSN) program. The CoN offers the ABSN program as a hybrid program at three locations in Ohio including Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Columbus. The primary responsibility of the clinical teaching faculty is teaching in clinical/lab/simulation courses.&nbsp; The desired specialty area for the successful candidate includes expertise in pediatrics and/or medical-surgical areas. Candidates with expertise in more than one specialty area are highly desirable. Successful candidates are expected to teach lab/simulation/clinical as needed. Didactic courses are offered online, whereas simulation, lab, and clinical are in-person.&nbsp;
The teaching faculty will receive time off throughout the academic year as approved by the ABSN program chair during the 12-month contract.&nbsp; The teaching faculty is not evaluated with respect to scholarship yet is expected to engage in ongoing professional development appropriate to nursing and engage in service for the program, college, and institution.
Desired&nbsp;Clinical areas of expertise include pediatrics and/or medical-surgical. Candidates with expertise in more than one specialty area are highly desired.
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Current and unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse in Ohio or be eligible to be licensed and practice in Ohio. An MSN degree in nursing from an accredited program is required. Minimum of three years of experience as a registered nurse. Two years of previous teaching experience in nursing is preferred.&nbsp; Experience using simulation is a plus.&nbsp; Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a strong commitment to working as part of a collaborative team.</li>
