<li>Managing Williams' enterprise risk management process and insurance coverage, including:

 Qualifications:

SEEKING:&nbsp; 
Coachella Valley Repertory Theatre (CVRep) seeks a full time Major Gift Officer to head their fundraising program for the theatre. The successful candidate for this new position will have experience in various aspects of development including major and planned gifts, annual fund, donor relations, corporate and foundation giving and special events. We expect candidates to be prepared to make phone calls, initiate contact with new and potential donors, as well as run planned fundraising campaigns. Knowledge of the Coachella Valley philanthropic community is a plus but not required for this position.
Major and Planned Gifts Development: 
<ul>
<li>Manage a portfolio of major gift prospects by building on existing relationships and forming new donor relationships on an ongoing basis.</li>
<li>Identify and steward prospective new donors. Create lists for new donor prospects and make phone calls to such perspective donors. Cultivate the board and committees, soliciting them for annual support as well as special giving opportunities.</li>
<li>Partner with the Executive Artistic Director (EAD) on donor calls and work to schedule meetings to solicit gifts and engage prospects in the life of the theatre. Work with the EAD to solicit annual support for season sponsorships from individuals, foundations and corporations. This includes cultivating existing sponsors as well as the identification of new sponsors. Establish a planned giving program for the theatre and utilize these efforts as part of the opportunities available to support CVRep. This includes the development of marketing materials for print, web and electronic communications.</li>
<li>Conduct research on potential prospects to identify their interest in theatre and their capacity to give.</li>
<li>Develop and implement fundraising strategies to include the development of case(s) for support for specific needs of the theatre and to use as a cultivation and marketing tool with potential donors.</li>

Major Gift Officer experience requirements

Major Gifts Officer education and training requirements

Program Manager, Pacific Alliance for Catholic Education (PACE) University of Portland Job Code: A53354 Job category: Full Time Staff Terms and Hours: Full Time Exempt Salary Range: Starting salary at $49,310; commensurate with experience Job Summary The Program Manager for Pacific Alliance for Catholic Education (PACE) will develop and execute strategic program initiatives and oversee recruitment materials and events to drive engagement with potential, highly qualified candidates to strengthen enrollment and engagement with the PACE program. This position will serve as a key role in building and maintaining relations to support PACE program development. This position reports to the Assistant Dean for PACE. Core Duties 
<ul>
<li>Design and implement program initiatives that drive engagement to attract high-quality applicants to the PACE Teaching program.</li>
<li>Create compelling marketing content across multiple platforms through digital and print communications that ensures cohesive messaging and identity across all PACE materials and provides effective outreach to target audiences.</li>
<li>Manage aspects of event planning for PACE recruitment events including but not limited to event scheduling, vendor coordination, promotional strategy, and on-site execution to ensure high-quality experiences.</li>
<li>Navigate to and serve as key program representative at various events that are held on and off campus which require planning and logistics of travel; events such as but not limited to career fairs, service fairs, or recruiting events.</li>
<li>Develop relationships and maintain contacts with potential partners in recruitment and program development, including PACE alumni, faculty and staff at institutions of higher education and Catholic student centers around the country.</li>
<li>Build awareness of PACE on campus by providing program knowledge among students and building strong collaborative relations with key faculty and staff to strengthen engagement.</li>
<li>Maintain and update PACE website, social media channels and other online materials, ensuring alignment with University branding and target audience outreach and goals are being met.</li>
<li>Track, measure, and report on outcomes for recruitment campaigns and events in order to assess program goals and outcomes, providing recommendations to and working collaboratively with the Assistant Dean for PACE.</li>
<li>Assist in the planning and implementation of PACE summer retreats and other yearly events, serving as a key participant at each event.</li>
<li>Provide support to students regarding the application process for PACE candidates, including the interview and placement process.</li>
<li>Assist the PACE team in the development of alumni programming and outreach efforts through event attendance, alumni newsletters, and other engagement initiatives that support networking and development opportunities.</li>
</ul>
