The Role in Brief:

The Finance team works with senior executives at the firm to develop financial projections, monitor and evaluate performance, develop analytical tools and dashboard reporting, evaluate investment proposals, and improve financial reporting systems. The Finance team is seeking a Revenue Analyst to join the team to help achieve key financial initiatives for the company.
Analysts play a key role in assisting the firm’s leaders in the business construct, managing their financial forecasts and conducting ongoing analytical projects to achieve operational and strategic objectives. Analysts develop a strong understanding of the company’s business lines including products, growth potential, revenue trends, and forecast variance. Primary Responsibilities:
The Revenue Analyst will play an ongoing role in the day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including:

Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $46,000 - $60,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. About the Position:
Position is primarily responsible for assisting the Director of Clinical Services in planning, coordinating, overseeing and evaluating the services provided by the Health and Wellness (H&amp;W) Departments. Position functions in a nursing capacity and ensures clinical activities are performed according to departmental guidelines and all state and federal regulations.
Job Duties:

<li>Reviews staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage to meet residents' needs.</li>
<li>Oversees and/or conducts training and orientation for newly hired Health &amp; Wellness team members. </li>
<li>Assesses the educational needs of the department or specific team members and provides in-service training and other educational programs, including daily coaching to nursing staff.</li>
<li>Acts as a mentor and resource for H&amp;W team members on departmental policies and procedures and regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Monitors and updates standards of nursing practice and departmental policies and procedures for compliance with regulatory requirements; offers recommendations for updates.</li>
<li>Monitors EHR for quality and compliance with CMS regulations and standard nursing practice.</li>

Accounts Receivable Manager
The Accounts Receivable Manager will manage the daily operations and strategic objectives of the Company’s customer billing and collections processes. Partner Development Executive (Higher Education Research Sales)
Partner Development Executives at EAB are responsible for establishing relationships with key decision makers within education institutions.

Partner Development Representative
The Partner Development organization develops innovative sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities for EAB and EAB Seramount, a strategic business dedicated to advancing DE&amp;I in the workplace. Managing Director, Partner Development Manager
We are hiring a Managing Director to lead and manage the Partner Development team for our Corporate Talent products. The role is responsible for managing a team of individuals against a revenue goal for new and/or existing products. Following an initial onboarding period, the incumbent will assume responsibility for achieving revenue targets, including a direct role in developing new business. Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $130,500 - $177,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.
This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
