Nashua Eye Associates, P.A. Has been serving the community for over 40 years. We are currently looking for a few great Opticians to join our team in the Nashua, Milford and Hudson offices. Candidates must be able to establish a good rapport with patients, possess a caring and cooperative personality, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
List of Responsibilities/Duties

<li>Assist patients in a timely fashion with frame selection and lens choices. </li>
<li>Prepares orders, paperwork, etc. in such a fashion that results in accurate orders, no remakes and satisfied patients.</li>
<li>Offers patients information on lenses, coatings, sunglasses, multiple pair discounts, etc.</li>
<li>Reviews warranties, return policies, etc. with patients.</li>
<li>Adjust frames and completes frame repairs to patient satisfaction.</li>
<li>Obtains prior authorization for hardware when they have not already been obtained.</li>
<li>Stays current of optical plans being offered in the area.</li>
<li>Make sure the optical department is open on time and closed after all patients are seen.</li>
<li>Posts sales daily and in a complete manner — all monies to be balanced daily and given to accounts payable for deposit.</li>
<li>Participate in physical inventories.</li>
<li>Conforms to all company policies and procedures including punctuality, attendance and dress codes.</li>
