<li>Keep patients focused on optimal treatment while attending their individual concerns and promoting the good qualities of their doctor</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patient feels comfortable; prepare patients for treatment, and assist the doctors - thereby enabling them to provide efficient quality dental treatment</li>
<li>Escort patients to and from the front desk&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare tray setups for dental procedures and maintain adequate supply levels in each operatory, ordering and replenishing as needed</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by management</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Dental Assistant - at least 1 year</li>
<li>Must have a NJ x-ray license</li>
<li>Knowledge of dental instruments, equipment, and procedures</li>
<li>Prior Dentrix experience preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently</li>
<li>Attention to detail and a positive attitude</li>
