Position Accountabilities &amp; Performance Expectations:

The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in the operations of Coburn Place’s flagship facility and turnover of residential units within. The Maintenance Technician works in close collaboration with the Facilities team to ensure that the building and grounds are safe, secure, in good operating condition, and appear welcoming and attractive. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring facilities are in good repair and well-maintained by completing timely preventative and routine maintenance, completing assigned work orders, and identifying ongoing maintenance, facility, custodial needs and manages unit punch to ensure units are staged, cleaned and ready for new residents.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

<li>Supervises property maintenance operations, optimizing the safety and security of occupants and property; ensures that building maintenance meets or exceeds code(s); provides oversight to the maintenance, upgrading, and training on the facilities safety and security systems.</li>

We are a national franchise and are in the process of growing our local San Diego team. We are looking for a person to fill our Resurfacing / Reglazing Technician position. Job Description: 
<ul>
<li>Review assigned work orders for accuracy</li>
<li>Perform refinishing services at various jobsites (commercial and residential)</li>
<li>Refinish various surfaces including bathtubs, tile walls, fiberglass enclosures, kitchen/bathroom sinks, countertops etc.</li>
<li>Maintain all equipment as necessary and protect customer work areas from overspray or other damage</li>
<li>Maintain adequate vehicle inventory of standard equipment and supplies</li>
<li>Drive to customer locations throughout the day</li>
<li>Communicate with onsite property management and/or maintenance employees</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service and ensure quality assurance</li>
<li>Perform extensive repairs to remove cracks, rust, chips, and other imperfections</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Experience working with an HLVP sprayer or Commercial grade sprayers</li>
<li>Experience rolling various coatings</li>
<li>Experience of working with your hands, whether thats in construction, manufacturing or even a hobby.</li>
<li>It is helpful, but not necessary to have an art background. Understanding color and how to match color is an important part of what we do. If you are color blind than this is not the job for you.</li>
<li>The training process is extensive so we are only interested in hiring someone who can make at least a 2-year commitment.</li>

Vaxess is developing a pipeline of next-generation therapeutics on our novel micro-array patch platform. Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide support for the overall lab environment, ensuring proper functioning of utilities, lab equipment and life safety systems</li>
<li>Perform facility &amp; safety inspections including chemical, biological and universal waste consolidation</li>
<li>Perform equipment installations, qualifications and calibrations for lab &amp; facility equipment/casework</li>
<li>Provide support to various facilities administration duties including but not limited to external vendor coordination, landlord services, HVAC, plumbing, etc.</li>
<li>Provide support to consumable, chemical and off-site storage inventories</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing activities</li>
<li>Maintain necessary certifications DOT, RCRA, Bloodborne Pathogens, etc.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>2-4 years’ experience as on-site technician working in an industrial R&amp;D, Quality Control or Manufacturing lab</li>
<li>Highschool Diploma/GED is required, BS in STEM degree is a plus</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 Lbs. &amp; work across multiple sites</li>
<li>Familiarity with Lab standards, compressed gas and laboratory utilities, generators, HVAC, IT &amp; access control</li>
<li>Familiarity or experience working in GxP, a cleanroom and/or a biomedical laboratory environment</li>
<li>Excellent time and project management skills and proven ability to meet goals and deadlines</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to build, repair and maintain equipment, fixtures and furniture</li>
