<li> Produce commercial proposals and responses to tenders for global shipments of bulk liquid chemicals, foodstuffs, and gases in ISO tanks. </li>
<li> Ensure compliance with local, state, and international ISO tank requirements and company procedures. </li>
<li> Maintain accurate data in internal systems (Excel, CRM, and other tools) to track quotes, pricing, and customer information. </li>
<li> Partner with outside sales representatives to support account plans and business development activities. </li>
<li> Assist with commercial presentations and reporting, including basic sales and pricing reports for leadership. </li>
<li> Take ownership of customer issues related to pricing/quotes and work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve them promptly. </li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For Experience &amp; Background
<ul>
<li> 1-3 years in a similar role (inside sales, sales support, customer service, or pricing/quoting). </li>
<li> Logistics or transportation experience strongly preferred; ISO tank or bulk liquid experience is a plus. </li>
<li> Prior quoting or pricing experience is essential. </li>

<li> Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). </li>

<li> Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. </li>
<li> High attention to detail and accuracy when working with pricing, contracts, and customer data. </li>

Education &amp; Nice-to-Haves
<ul>
<li> High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. </li>
<li> Experience in international transportation or bulk liquid logistics is a plus. </li>
<li> Spanish language skills are a plus but not required. </li>

Work Environment This role is 100% onsite at the South Houston location, working closely with inside sales, outside sales, and operations teams.
