PRIMARY FUNCTION/RESPONSIBILTY

The Quality Assurance and Contract Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with all processes, regulations and minimum standards as outlined in the Provider contract. The Quality Assurance and Contract Specialist will collaborate with the network of providers under contract with Belong to review, monitor, and report performance on all aspects of substitute care. Additionally, the Quality Assurance Specialist works with the provider network to develop and implement performance improvement plans and tracks results to ensure all issues are remediated. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>In collaboration with the Vice President and Supervisor of Quality Assurance and Contracts develop qualitative indicators, outcomes and outputs that can be used by the Department to objectively measure the Provider’s performance and leverage those measures to improve services.</li>

<li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws and agency disbursements</li>
<li>Review and oversee restaurant managers’ monthly reconciliations</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate W-2 processing and year-end adjustments</li>
<li>Resolve discrepancies in hours worked vs. hours paid</li>
<li>Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation</li>
<li>Support field management in resolving payroll issues</li>
<li>Participate in special projects and generate custom reports as needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred</li>
<li>1–3 years of hands-on payroll experience</li>
<li>Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry strongly preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of payroll tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements</li>
<li>Proficiency with payroll systems (UKG/UltiPro preferred) and Microsoft Excel</li>
<li>Experience with multi-state payroll processing (NY, NJ, CT, PA)</li>
<li>Strong math and analytical skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage confidential information with discretion</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li>

Requirements:
