Role Responsibilities/Duties

<li>High focus on lead outreach, conversion and generation </li>
<li>Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge </li>
<li>Give studio tours Sell memberships to help the studio thrive and meet monthly goals </li>
<li>Follow up with prospective members </li>
<li>Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution </li>
<li>Participate in marketing and outreach events and initiatives </li>
<li>Work with manager to hit monthly KPIs </li>
<li>Cross-train with Operations Manager to help with facility issues (e.g. maintenance and cleanliness of studio) </li>

As the largest outdoor and environmental education program in the northeastern US, we focus on place-based education with an emphasis on science, nature, and social-emotional learning. We facilitate exciting outdoor learning experiences for elementary and middle school students who visit us for overnight field trips. Each spring and fall, we host hundreds of schools at our seven beautiful sites located across New England, and we travel to schools to provide students with exciting activities facilitated by Outdoor Classroom instructors.

This is a unique, multi-faceted opportunity to provide a profound and lasting impact on thousands of school students annually. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. The Sales Manager requires sales and managerial experience. We are looking for someone who is target-motivated, highly organized, communicative, and able to work both alone, and within a team environment. This job is mostly remote with some travel. We are seeking candidates who live in, or can relocate to, the mid/south of New Hampshire, Maine, or areas close to.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
