Position Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, is responsible for delivering, coordinating, and evaluating resident care in alignment with physician orders, individualized service plans, and regulatory standards. Essential Functions:

Who We’re Looking For:

Valid Connecticut LPN license
</li>

1+ year of LPN experience in acute care (home care a plus)

BLS certification

Recent physical and PPD/QuantiFERON (or chest x-ray)
</li>
<li>
Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
</li>
<li>
Authorization to work in the United States
</li>
