Responsibilities:

<li>Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner</li>
<li>Manage and organize office files, both physical and electronic</li>
<li>Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently</li>
<li>Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff</li>
<li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and&nbsp;</li>

Qualifications:

<li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus</li>
